The Greater Phoenix Area Christian Chamber of Commerce is led by two visionary women whose leadership reflects both excellence in business and a deep commitment to community transformation.
Under the leadership of Leslie K. Leland, President of the Chamber, the organization is redefining what Christian business engagement looks like in the marketplace. Leslie brings strategic insight, entrepreneurial experience, and a bold Kingdom vision focused on workforce development, economic empowerment, and meaningful impact that reaches beyond networking to serve entire communities.
Serving alongside her is Kiki Morgain, Vice President & Treasurer of the Chamber, whose servant-hearted leadership ensures that vision is carried out with care, structure, and authenticity. Kiki brings a strong foundation in wellness, mental health advocacy, and operational excellence, creating spaces where members feel supported, connected, and equipped to grow and serve with purpose.
Together, Leslie and Kiki lead with integrity, collaboration, and faith—building a Chamber culture that values people as much as progress. Their complementary strengths help cultivate a community where Christian professionals are empowered to thrive in business while making a lasting Kingdom impact across the Greater Phoenix Area.
